B-Ionic Transition Elements is the latest product by ESV, formulated by Bob Stark in collaboration with Joe Yaiullo. B-Ionic TE provides daily replenishment of the transition elements iron, manganese and zinc. These elements can rapidly deplete in the reef aquaria, due to the biological and abiological processes. In addition, B-Ionic TE may potentially mitigate the release of hydrogen sulfide within the aquarium, and enhance the removal of soluble phosphate. B-Ionic Transition Elements can be used with and may enhance various forms of organic carbon dosing. Also, enhanced coral coloration, better polyp extension, and enhanced macro algae growth have been observed with the use of B-Ionic TE. This product has been formulated to prevent accumulation of the transition elements it provides. Directions: For the first week, dose 1ml/40 gallons (1 drop per 2 gallons) daily. After first week, increased dose to 1ml/ 20 gallons (1 drop per gallon) daily. When adding full dose at once, add within the first few hours of photoperiod. When using dosing pump, add entire dose only when aquarium lights are on.
